I. USE OF SITE BY MINORS

If you are under 18, you may register and use the Website and App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. SPINZONE does not accept the online registration of minors; please do not attempt to register on the Website or App if you are under the age of 18. Registration of a minor is permitted for SPINZONE Packages in person only, and must be completed at one of our indoor cycling concourses with a parent or guardian. Minors who are at least 16 years of age, meet the minimum height/weight requirement of 4’11″/100 lbs, and who have submitted a Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Waiver Form signed by a parent or guardian, may then book classes online.

 

II. CHARGES/CLASSES

Future Classes prices are subject to change, but SPINZONE will honor your Classes Package until the expiration date, regardless of whether there is a price increase in the interim. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Cash payments may only be made in a SPINZONE concourse.

Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you buy your Classes Package, not when you book your bike.

 

III. AUTO-RENEW CONDITIONS:

-You will be charged after using your last class or 1 month after your purchase date, whichever comes first.

-Non-transferable.

-You can cancel your subscription at anytime through your SpinZone  account before your next billing date.

-Your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

IV. RESERVATION POLICIES:

-You can book your classes in advance through your SpinZone account up to six (3) days before.

-You can cancel a class reservation and return it to your account up to three (3) hours before the class time.

-If you don’t cancel your class and you don't show up, you will be charged $10, and the class will not be returned.

-If you cancel late, you will be charged $5, and the class will not be returned.

-Classes are not cumulative, they must be consumed within a month.
