Will accept returns that have been sent back within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Please note: If you have installed an SPD cleat into your cycling shoes, your return may be denied (even if the cleat has subsequently been removed) as this damages the soleplate.
